Cornucopia a hit!
Well, the Bond preview came and went, and Cornucopia was a big hit… Our 5 gorgeous girls looked and sounded stunning – Sarah Trigg on vocals, Gemma Buckenham on trumpet, Nicki Hutchins on alto, Louise Hayn on tenor and Rosie Nicholl on trombone. We had myself on keys and vocals, Lee Burnett on guitar, Rees Bridges on drums and Glenn Bridges on bass. We played a variety of party music, interspersed with the fabulous Bond theme tunes, such as “Nobody Does It Better”, “Thunderball”, “The Living Daylights”, “Goldfinger” and of course “Another Way to Die”, the new theme by Alicia Keys and Jack White. BGC Partners were very pleased with us, and hopefully there will be more work coming our way from that. The evening was in aid of the AHT (Animal Health Trust) and Breast Cancer Care. There was a great Daniel Craig lookalike there, as well as Jaws and Oddjob. Photos and a testimonial to come…
