Singalong for the Royal British Legion

Cornucopia entertained the ex-servicemen at the Lloyds branch of the Royal British Legion on Wednesday as they held their annual ex-servicemens’ dinner. The trio of Richard, Jonny and Louise played some light jazz during dinner, and then encouraged some more interactive stuff after dinner with “Pack up your troubles”, “Run Rabbit Run” and more old war classics. They even got up and danced. Apparently that is the highest compliment for this crowd…

GlaxoSmithKline awards

Cornucopia filled the floor for GSK awards

On Thursday, Cornucopia headed through horrendous traffic up to the Hilton Metropole, Birmingham, to entertain the crowd at the GSK awards.

We played an hour-long set to a packed dancefloor, and the crowd really appreciated us. The entire set was filmed, so hoping to receieve the DVD shortly. We were followed by the Noisettes and then Basil Isaacs.
